Kim and Angie were assigned for our first clean. They were delightful and happy. Both worked very efficiently and thoroughly to clean my home. The products used were 'Green' and had a very fresh and clean smell. Both ladies were proficient in using our alarm system.
During the visit, they were very careful of our furniture and treated our home with respect. This was a day I was working from home, and the ladies were super careful and extremely thorough top to bottom clean. The Manager Glenda visited as this was our first clean. Angie and Kim were an amazing team! We are super-happy to have switched to Merry Maids!

The housekeepers arrIve on time, know just what to do and do it efficiently and cheerfully. Any time I ask them to do a specific thing that you might not need done every time (dust the vent grates, for example, ) they do it. The house stays clean and ready to go. I love this service.

I like having a schedule for my home to be cleaned. Everything is cleaned without any problems.
A few months ago, I came home to find a lamp broken after the Merry Maids had come by to clean. The folks at Merry Maids took the lamp and fixed it. Later I found out that one of my cats had knocked it over but that the folks at Merry Maids had fixed it anyway! Now that is customer service! I love coming home to a clean house and the sheets on my bed changed-without me having to do it! You really should call yourselves "Merry Fairies" because when I come home at the end of the day, I really do feel like the "Fairies" have been here!
