the girls did a very good job cleaning the house. I found a couple of the plantation shutters not wiped down and a table in the den they also missed but that was it! I was very happy with their work and cleaning. Also, very nice and efficient.

On time, professional staff, same person so that they know exactly what the homeowner likes done in there home! The owners are easy to work with and changes of schedule easily accomedated!!

I really liked the ladies that came to my home, they were super nice, very professional, and considering the dust, pet hair and dirt on my floors that they had to deal with, they did a phenomenal job! I am so glad that I finally decided to do this, and the only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.

Merry Maids are totally reliable - if they say they will do it and when, they will do it absolutely. I can ask the workers to do x y or z this week so anything that needs a little attention gets taken care of. They are the greatest!

The girls arrive as scheduled. They work quickly and leave the house clean as expected. They are cheerful and remember the details of where items are stored and deposited.

The company is easy to communicate with and excellent about adjusting cleaning schedules as needed, even on short notice. At times when cleaning teams change, though, we will run into small problems like teams using polish on furniture though we have requested not to have this used, or a bedroom getting skipped. Dusting is pretty spotty, but generally bathroom and kitchen cleaning is very good.
