I like how I can depend on getting a good thourough cleaning every time and how the ladies go quietly about the business of cleaning. The only thing I have a caution about is making sure that if there are oil leaks from their cars, they use something under the car while in the driveway to catch the oil leak and not leave it on our driveway.

They always do a very good job and I completely trust our regular cleaner Kelly enough for her to be in the house when I'm not there. Kelly is the best! Seems to me she deserves a raise or bonus mainly because when she leaves, the house looks like it's been cleaned. Other cleaners do good, but Kelly does other things like straitening little piles of paper or arranging knick knacks that just make the house look neater when she leaves.

I have only had my house cleaned once, but I was pleased with the service!

I'm not up on products. I leave that to Merry Maids and I'm very satisfied with the results. What I like most are the hardworking "maids." They are well trained (we don't always have the same one) and they do a wonderful job.
