I love the process that allows for absolutely everything that needs to be cleaned to get attention. I love that I know from the check list what was given special attention that day. I love to walk in the house after a long day at work and feel clean floors under my bare feet. I love how hard my Merry Maids work - on their knees or on a two step ladder if necessary. I love the accountability.

I like that you are extremely flexible and that you are so thorough when you clean. I feel confident when I come home that everythng will look wonderful and will often uncover that my cleaner has even gone above and beyond to clean something they didn't have to.

Karen is always prompt and does a great job. Also, if I need a schedule change they are very accommodating.

I like that I can customize the cleaning. All your products are fine.

I usually have the same housekeeper (Racheal), which is nice. The cinnamon air spray is great. And I never worry about theft and rarely about breakage.

I like everything about Merry Maids service. The products used clean better than anything I've ever tried.

Megan, was here on time and she worked very hard and constant. She was nice and polite.
Brandy came some times after 2 pm to help and I have forgotten the 3rd. lady names. They were all committed to their jobs.
I like the idea of someone coming and checking on the ladies to see if they were doing their jobs, this is the first time I have had anyone to clean my home and I really did not know what all they were suppose to do. So far I am pleased. Name removed Goodwin
