Everything well cleaned

Every week we look forward to Samantha coming and cleaning the house. She does an absolutely wonderful job. She is the reason we have a weekly cleaning.

Sometimes, quality is not the same from week to week. Usually, it isn't worth my time to call about it. However, this week, the bed's top sheet wasn't made, tucked and mitered. All of the trash from bathrooms wasn't emptied. This tells me that the regular person didn't come. No problem, I took care of it, but this shouldn't happen.
