Having the same associate on a regular basis is very important to me. Being able to just point the associate in the right direction, and not walk every new associate through my home is a big selling factor for me. Jeannie is an outstanding associate and she cares for my home like it was her home. However, everyone that has been sent to my home have also been very courteous, efficient and friendly. I will continue to use this service.
