I really liked your services. I liked them to use some of my products due to some of the special needs of the house and for the cats. Some of the girls were better than others.
I have to say that in my very picky detailed opinion, Shantee was hands down my favorite girl. She was the most thourough, detailed, and so so nice! She met my high expectations every time. I could always find something in the house that still needed to be done when anyone else did a certain part of the house. Recently I asked one of the girls that cleaned the master bathroom and bedroom to please clean the head board and foot board of our bed, she did not and I have to say I was dissapointed. I fell like I am paying a lot of money to have this service done and I could still see dust and fingerprints on the head and foot board of our bed. If Shantee could have come out to the house every time I probably would not have cancelled the service. We do need to catch up on our finances at this time so that is a very big reason for cancelling but I have to say that I did not like to have different people there every time. I loved the detailed work Shantee did, her personality is wonderful and she is so professional. She is definetly a star in my eyes. Treat her well and she will be a great asset to your company.

I am always happy to see the Merry Maid ladies. They are very pleasant and always leave my house smelling and looking wonderful. I have a dog who spends a lot of time in the family room. The ladies always give that room special attention, which I really appreciate. Thank you, Merry Maids!

The cleaners do a good job.

I am not sure they are dusting the ceiling fan blades, though, as I can't climb on something to check it out.

I wish they would come at the same time each week.

When I get home my house is clean with no "cleaning" smell. The floors are mopped, the bathrooms are clean and there is even a little sticky on the toilet paper that lets me know someone was here. It is so refreshing to see that small service, it makes me smile.

The housekeepers always do a thorough job. They are polite and friendly.
