I feel safe about my valuables and entrance to my home. They were wonderful when my very sick husband needed a team to work around him for a few years. I know I will not be subject to crime and that when your team leaves, I will have a nice clean home. I am at an age that I can't do certain things by myself, and therefore I have to be trustful.
It would be nice if one of your supervisors came by sometime to check things out while I am here and let me know if all is going well. I can no longer even stand on a step stool to make sure that certain things are clean.
I wish you would add window washing and a couple of other services to your service. I really would love to have the windows washed once a year and the carpet cleaned yearly. As it is, I have to contract out to other services, and it would be so much easier if your MM service could add that.
Another help would be if I would know ahead of time the approximate time your teams would be coming. I never know if they are coming in the morning or sometime in the afternoon. I try to keep things neat for them so their cleaning is easier, and I think they appreciate it.
I use to be in the restaurant business, and I have studied business methods for more than 30 years. The suggestions above could really cement your relationship with your senior citizen clients.
