On my last cleaning by Valene and Bianca on 7/13/12 was VERY GOOD. Even my husband noticed how even small details were done.

Also I believe I've had different teams come the last few months and again my house is jut like Valene and Bianca - no missed areas of cleaning and doing little things.

I appreciate each team writing down what special room they did and the little extra work they also did.

I am SO pleased with the quality of work and I let my friends know that Merry Maids is the best.

I also appreciate that they keep my front door and screen closed at all times so that my cats can not get out. Also all of the teams are super nice and friendly.

Also Michele who answers the phone is very helpful as I call the day before my cleaning day to see what time approximately the team will arrive. She is also very helpful when once in a while I have to "skip" a cleaning (I know to add the fee)

I was very happy with the job done. It was the deep cleaning for the first time cleaning and I thought the workers did a great job. One left a note that she wasn't able to get all the soap scum out of one shower but it will continue to get better. I thought he looked great.

The ladies are very professional and courteous They do an excellent job even when they forget to put the bathroom rugs back down. :). I like that your products used do not leave a lingering smell in the house....just a clean fresh smell. Sometimes, however, the bucket or solution on the bottom leave a " white" bleached out spot on my hardwood floor . I appreciate your staff's work ethics and am very pleased with services provided.

Service is very good. Happy with all product used. I would like to mention that I did find cobb webs top of a couple lamps and in corners of the walls....Other than that all is good..
