Merry Maids takes care of all of the physical support that I need to have a clean house. I have a bad back and neck problems and MM mops my floors, vacuums, dusts all the areas that are out of my reach, cleans my toilets, tubs, and sinks. I couldn't ask for better help. I am very pleased with the service they give.

Maids are professional and courteous. They arrive on time and divide the work for a thorough cleaning. Lisa is usually the lead and if she has someone new with her she always introduces them to me.

LAST SERVICE WAS UNSATISFATORY INITIALLY. KITCHEN FLOOR AND STOVE TOP WERE NOT PROPERLY CLEANDED; BUFFET BAR IN DINING ROOM AND DININT ROOM FLOOR LEFT WITH SPOT STAINS ON THEM, MY BED WAS NOT MADE PROPERLY. AFTER CALLING IN AND THE GIRLS RETURNED IN THE AFTERNOON TO FIX THINGS THEY DID A GOOD JOB THE SECOND TIME AROUND. IT'S BEEN MY LONG EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR TEAMS THAT WHEN LISA IS NOT IN CHARGE OVERSEEING THE WORK, IT DOES NOT GET DONE RIGHT. Such a great response when I call. Personal attention. And personal touches that I love by the MAIDS. Like folding to & fluffing tissues in the box. Refilling towels. I would like to have that check list & girls names for my records. Thank you all.
