YOU ARE MOST ALWAYS ON TIME. MOST OF THE VISITS ARE BY LADIES THAT HAVE SERVICED MY HOME FOR THE PAST YEAR--I LIKE THAT BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS YOU USE, I MONITOR THE RESULTS.
My usual team leader does an outstanding job as well as many of her co workers. Some other teams have also been good but it is not consistant. I like that I can count on that without explaining my preferences to someone new and can feel free to not be at home when necessary.
I am not impressed by the products used for my kitchen sink and appliances. I never noticed that with previous cleaning services. The floor products are fine.
I like the products but i am so very happy about the services you provide but its your people that makes Merry Maids above average. Employing someone who understands what I want, knows how to accomplish it and I can trust means a lot tome.

I enjoy the fact that the house is clean, but doesn't smell like cleansers; it just smells fresh and clean. The crew I usually get is terrific. The ladies are friendly and try to keep my preferences in mind so that each service, they know what to do. The crew also makes suggestions from time to time about experiences at other houses that helps my house look it's best. The crew is always on time.
