Their communication was excellent, always courteous, on time, easy to talk to, arrived on time, actually a little early, and stayed until the job was 110% done! The two girls who came to my house, I would highly recommend again. The next appointment I make, I'll be requesting them!
They are a bit pricey for a weekly/monthly service, but to have them come to my house a couple times a year, truly helps!
I have been with Merry Maids for years. Robert If you remember how long ago you help shovel my driveway, it has been longer than that :-) I have always been happy with the good way Merry Maids clean. Thank you for everything!

Our Merry Maid always used the appropriate products for each individual task.What I particularly liked was the fact that each task used a different cloth. No cloth that cleaned the toilet was used for the kitchen counter.

they worked to clean the floors, etc. in my house. I was so thankful I hired them.

The team was efficient and courteous.
Everyone involved was friendly, courteous and seemed committed to doing a good job. Any problems were addressed immediately and the results were more than acceptable. The products were effective and smelled out of this world. I spent five years of my career in Vocational Rehabilitation managing Custodial Crews and I am very aware of the pitfalls in this type of work. The ladies who cleaned our house were good at their jobs and very pleasant to have in our home.
