I'm not completely sure about the products that they use I just know that my house smells amazing when I get back and it looks so much better even if I had cleaned myself. I have been a customer for almost a year and will continue to be for awhile!

I believe I have already written a feedback/review, right after I had MM to my home.
Taylor was they young lady who came and did the service and she was awesome...she also has a great attitude and will go above and beyond...for instance ..my kitchen sink area had some left over , I don’t know what you would call it...glue, from when we had our faucet changed out..so it is granite...well, when I felt it and that ‘stuff’ was gone, Taylor told me she had felt it and took a razor and got it off!!! It was a miracle .
So very happy and yes would recommend...so thank you...OH, also got to meet Christina, who came by..I had spoken to her a few times on the phone..also lovely and professional.

Takes the time to make things perfect
The team that provided service to our family was courteous, professional and thorough. We also felt that they used safety procedures with the appropriate masking and sanitation that is needed to prevent the spread of the virus. The products used left the house clean and smelling fresh. We felt that our money was well spent!

I like that Merry Maids can use products that are scent free. I appreciate that I get a text when they are on the way and when they have finished. They are flexible with my schedule.
I love the extra touches like how they fold and place stickers on paper products and leave a welcoming note when done.
i AM VERY SATISFIED WITH KRISTIE AND THE SERVICE SHE PROVIDES. MY HOME IS CLEAN AND THERE IS NO OVERPOWERING ODOR WHEN WE RETURN LATER IN THE DAY.
