I like knowing that someone from your staff will come to clean my home every month. Reliability is one of the reasons I selected Merry Maids. I also like the record kept for each visit. There is a plan. Your company is very organized, your cleaners are too.

The cleaning products used seem to be liked by the cleaners and I like them too. There is no overpowering smell and they seem to be enviromentally friendly.The Oreck cleaner has an excellent reputation for cleaning too.

I also like having a "team". I feel that my home gets a better clean this way since each cleaner has time to do their portion.

I am also fortunate to have had the same team member for a number of years. I don't have to explain to Marsha what needs to be done. She also works well with her team member, some of whom she is training.

I have been totally satisfied with the service performed by your employees. They are very hard working and completely conform with any reqest made. They follow instructions to the letter when special needs are involved. Since I am totally disabled and unable to perform the tasks for myself, they are always eager to help. I have already recommeded your services to one of my neighbors and she has since hired your company. From her comments made to me, she is also satisfied and please rest assured that she would let me know if she wasn't satisfied.

Your personnel is curtious, efficient and through. In general I am satisfied with the products used, howerver I miss the "sent" of a freshly cleaned house, as your products are unsented. I realize many people are sensitive to sents, and most likely the company has chosen to use enviromentally friendly products,I prefer the sent of a freshly cleaned environment. Other then that, all is well with a rating of A+.
