Thorough job, quick, complete. The girls are very personable as well!

Usually a very good job. However, I do think that for a one-hour or just over a one-hour period the amount charged is just too much. My doctor doesn't even get that much per hour.
I also am not being kept informed about whether my team is coming or if a substitute is being used as a replacement.

The Merry Maids do a very good job of cleaning. They even clear up the dog hair on our rugs which is no easy task. This isn't the first cleaning service that we have used, but it is the best.

Vanessa & Yamina are wonderful! They do an excellent job cleaning my home and become like family to us!

The same great level of clean and I don't have to be bothered buying/stocking cleaning products.

I love knowing that my house will be cleaned when promised, I don't have to be bothered by re-scheduling or last minute cancellations. And I love the little things they do that aren't necessary, but sure are nice. Like the stickers put on the toilet paper rolls/paper towel holders that are usually seasonal, and they re-fold my towels into ways I don't even know how to do!
