They did a very thorough job. I also like the fact, you finally automated the feedback system rather giving customers unstamped postcards to mail.

The employees are very hard working and completely thorough with their work. They are very cooperative and will go above and beyond what is asked of them. The office employees work well with the clients also. They will deliver any requests made by the client to the maid cleaning the property. I have been very pleased for the most part with the work done by Merry Maids. If there is ever any problems I can relay to the office personnel and they will handle it.

Even if I am there and start to chat with them they still stay focused and get the job done and done right. I am a difficult person to please with cleaning because I have OCD. I pay the higher price for MM because you are truly worth it to me. Thank you.
