I always get notified a day before scheduled clean-up and can re-scheduled if an emergency comes up. The personnel are very friendly and are job oriented. Overall, I have been very satisfied with their performance and I would highly recommend Merry Maids to all my friends.

Consistency and professionalism from the office and from the merry maids. I like that they do not use a strong bleach product like other places (like the gym).

I like knowing for sure that Merry Maids will show up when they say they will. Independent cleaning people sometimes need to cancel because of scheduling, sickness, child care issues, etc. I also love the auto pay process you have set up. No billing and check writing!
