I wish your kitchen floor cleaner did not leave a gray film. This has been true for some years. We requested a special cleaning last spring or fall. That helped. However, a wet towel wiped across the floor looks grey even immediately after cleaning.

The cleaning staff are careful with my things. On the rare occasion when something was damaged, they let me know. When the microwave plate was broken, it was replaced. When I have asked about an item that is particularly hard to clean, a stronger product was used or a different technique.
