It was easy to contact your company and express my request. I was told how much services would cost and when the Cleaning team would be arriving. The cleaning team followed my instructions and they actually cleaned more than I asked them to. They also suggested ways for me to keep my home cleaner.

My home always smells good after Merry Maids has cleaned it. The cleaners are polite and diligent in their work. The price per cleaning is reasonable. The office staff is responsive to requests I make.

Very thorough cleaning; it was the best I've had in a long time. I really like that they use green products that are safe for us and our pets. Also, the house didn't have any harsh smells. I appreciate that they are bonded and insured. The woman who cleaned our house was friendly and efficient, and I was very comfortable with her being here.

My apartment is always clean & fresh. Megan takes care with my ornaments & other fragile items and yet the bookshelves are clean and things put back in an orderly fashion. My vanity doors work as opposed to being off the track. My floors are vacuumed in tight spaces where others would skip. Lastly, the people at the other end of the phone are always pleasant and very helpful. I’m extremely pleased with Merry Maids of Towson
