You come to us only once each month, so I haven't tried many of your services. In my experience your crews are very reliable, polite, cooperative, and careful not to cause damage, They have been accommodating to small changes in their routine necessary due to changes in our routine (things happen!). I have been very pleased with the results from the cleaning products you have selected, though I know very little about them. The products are effective, non-toxic,and aroma-free (important to me, with allergies, and to my asthmatic cat). I have been delighted that our home smells fresh, and surfaces gleam, without the residual strong chemical odors left by so many cleaning products. We travel often, so I have also been very relieved that it is easy to make temporary changes to our cleaning schedule to accommodate our comings and goings. I can highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

The products & services were very good. They managed to get the mildew stains off of my tub that I thought were impossible to remove! And the kitchen floor wasn't sticky when they were done. I've had other cleaners leave the floor sticky. The cleaners were very thorough and professional.

Alba and Cecilia did a great job. They worked hard the entire time and when they left our house was sparkling. See you on June 1. Just reminding you that I have an 8:30 a.m. doctor appointment on June 1 which is why I prefer afternoons after 1 p.m. Thank you.

I like that your employees are given benefits and are paid a living wage. I like that you text me to remind me of my appointment and that the ladies who come are nice to my dog. I like that my home is clean! I also like that the ladies who come are trustworthy and I don't have to worry about my belongings going missing. Thanks and keep up the great work.

The speed and quality of the work

The place was simply gorgeous after they were finished working on it. Every surface was shiny and clean. The team worked really hard and it showed in the excellent results.

I like that I can trust the people in my home and they do a great job cleaning the house and making my life easier.

There have been a couple of times that I felt the dusting was not as it should have been. I really need to call the office to re-check exactly what is supposed to be cleaned at every visit. The women who have come to clean are very nice and polite. This past Monday there was only one person available to clean and she did a good job. Usually there are two but she did not seem to know why there was nobody else with her. Basically, I am pleased with their work with the exception of a few things. Please do not share.
