I wasn't able to see the finish product, but the new homeowners were very happy and extremely grateful that it was cleaned. So that's exactly what I wanted!

The second set of girls sent out to correct the multiple problems from the first two sent out made me feel much differently about using Mary maids again and even referring them to somebody else.
As far as products I am not crazy about those used in the bathtubs and bathrooms. If the girls wipe them off and put a little elbow grease into areas where there are hard water stains they are fine but when they just spray them on and walk away as they’re taught to do they are terrible. It leaves the chrome in the tubs and the sinks looking dingy and not shiny at all. Simple hard water stains still remain.
When the second girls came in they wiped down a few areas after they applied the bathroom product and all of the chrome and it sparkled! Made me feel like my bathroom had been cleaned.
Also, it would be nice if the house kind of smelled fresh like it had been cleaned and sanitized professionally. I know odors bother some people and that is probably why you choose to use low odor products. But it would be nice if there was some kind of after spray that could be offered if the customer wanted it.
