I appreciate your services but don't like the product that is some times used on me wood floor specifically in my hallway to the garage. I have requested on several occasions to use my Bruce floor cleaner. Whatever product is being used is leaving the wood flooring cloudy and filmy. Merry Maids even came back to redo my floor after I complained but didn't bother to redo the hallway going to the garage. I am having a difficult time getting the filmy stuff off that area and would appreciate it if Merry Maids would consistently use Bruce cleaner that I provide.

They are usually timely. However, in my office where there is eletronic equipment. Somehow things get moved around. So, I have to find out what chords have been moved in order to get the machine to function properly. In the future to avoid this in the future, I will request that the maids use 'Feather Dusters' only. Also, the maids seem reluctatnt to turn on lights in order to see properly. Overall they do a good job. I intend to continue my service with M.M. F.Last name removed
