The cleaning far exceeded my expectations! I really wish I had hired Merry Maids sooner!! The woman who did our estimate, Kindra, was professional and friendly and told me what would and would not be cleaned. (Some of the ‘would-nots’ could be cleaned for a little extra.) Teresa and Christen, the ladies who cleaned, were very thorough and fast. They were also friendly and professional. There were some areas (like the windows where our dogs slobbered...think car windows) that I thought would be difficult to clean, but the women had them cleaned in no time. I am so thankful for them. I was so embarrassed for anyone to see our house like this, but they made it painless and completely non-embarrassing. I have hired them to return on a regular basis.

The two ladies that came were very courteous, efficient, cooperative, and pleasant to deal with. Now that I have them informed about things here, I am hoping that it is the same ones that will return for each subsequent cleaning.
Without even being asked, they cleaned the windows in the doors, both inside and out, both front and rear doors.
I like it that they will make the beds if I put out the sheets to put on the beds. Thank you!! Making beds is my least favorite task around the house.

Kim and Teresa did a great job. They were good to ask when not sure about things. the cinnamon cleaner left a pleasant odor. The plastic bags for the trash cans is very helpful. We will be happy to see them again !
We are concerned about the strength of the “soap” used in the kitchens and bathrooms. For the first time in 12 years the enamel is coming off the kitchen drain. The paint is peeling off the walls around the mirrors in the main bathroom and spray residue stains the wall.
We are also wondering what is considered as regular cleaning. No matter How much I ask them to do they always finish in two hours so sometimes there must be things they have to let go to meet that time frame.
The ladies are always friendly and pleasant.
