After discussing the scheduling with my husband, we would like to change to a once a month cleaning. I know it would be a higher fee (please include fee when responding), but I know I can always change it again. 7 rooms: living/dining rooms; kitchen; family room; 2 bedrooms; main bathroom. My bathroom floor only (can this fee be reduced?), office, guest room (can these be on an on-call fee?) Hopefully, I think I can get the guest room back and in order by spring.

the ladies are very thorough and efficient. The house always smells clean and fresh when I come home. Whatever they are using is preferable to the smell of the chemical products that I buy at the grocery store.

Maria is very responsive to whatever I mention about a situation in the house -- whether it's being careful about a glass that I broke & tried to make sure was entirely gone from a floor to be washed, or something special that may need extra attention.
While I haven't noticed any odors from any cleaning products (& I appreciate that), my husband thought he noticed some odor this past cleaning (I did not).
