Professional attitude and excellent cleaning of my home

I was pleased with the service but the bathroom floors and base of toilets still had some dust/particles in the corners. This was the 1st time we had the house cleaned, so will see if the next few times remedy this. They had a lot to do.The staff who came were very courteous and worked hard

The products do not have a large smell. We like that. The cleaners are very efficient and move well through the house. When I am here they are friendly and I have no problem with them coming in while I am not here. The do not move items out of order or place as they clean. We have been very pleased.

First of all - My apartment ALWAYS looks great when I come home after the ladies have been over to clean. Secondly - Trust. I never worry about Merry Maids coming in when I'm not home. The place looks great, everything in its place and locked up tight.

I noticed that one of the staff has changed. Is this change permanent? If so, can we please be notified when changes like this occur? We used to be notified, but for some reason that notification is no longer occurring. Also, I let your office know that one of my curtains was torn. I believe it likely got caught in a vaccum. It was an old curtain, so there is no need to replace it. We were intending to replace it anyway. We would, however, appreciate it if the staff told us when something was broken. This may not have been noticed by the staff, but if it was, it would have been appropriate to leave a note. I have expressed this concern in the past when a major incident occurred at my home. I have been very happy with the current staff that clean my home, and if Carmen is a permanent replacement, we are happy with her. Please let them know, however, that I know that things break (particularly old curtains) and am very understanding. Breaking something, however, and not informing me, causes me concern about whether I can trust the staff. Again, I'm not sure if this was noticed (particularly if a curtain just got sucked into a vaccum), but if it was, I would appreciate it if they would leave a note. Again, no need to replace the curtain.

The two individuals, Francesca and Edith, were superlative. Very hard workers who are superior cleaners. We are very happy.

I like the team of ladies.They are friendly and do a good job of cleaning our condo. They know what to do and I don't have to rearrange carpets or other items they have cleaned.

I like that the same ladies come each time because we are very particular on how we want things done. Also, I like being able to switch cleaning dates in advance, when needed.
