I don't know what products were used. I offered to leave the products I use out for the Merry Maids, but they told me I would have to sign a disclaimer if they used my cleaning products. It made me think that theirs must be better, but then I forgot to ask what they were using.

The ladies were very quiet and polite. Melissa stayed after to ask us to walk through and give her feedback. It was all just great.

I like the professional way that Merry Maids is keeping track of us regarding scheduling. Can I get on the calendar for each month through the summer? I know when we will be gone up until Labor Day and can schedule cleaning each month around our plans.

They provide reminders of upcoming visits, notify us when their staff member is en route, and they ask for and respect occasional suggestions. I like the fact that you rarely cancel. If someone calls out you use a sub or just send one of the team. I don't want to clean my house at the last minute when company is expected the next day.
However, I must say the quality of attention to the cleaning is not what it used to be. For instance, I recently noticed that my trash containers in the bathrooms were emptied but the bags were not replaced. I have had to remind teams to dust the blinds and replace the plug they unplug to use the vacuum.

Your Team was at my home yesterday for an "in-depth cleaning" and they were fabulous. My house just sparkles. I will see you all again. I used Merry Maids when I lived in Ellicott City. I can't believe it took me so long to come back. I am pleased with their cleaning methods and products. If you are on the fence about having a cleaning service, Merry Maids is the one.
