they are fine, my only complaint is that they have on occasions left ceiling fans and lights on when they leave my condo. All needs to be turned off

The ladies are very friendly and efficient. We have 3 dogs in our home and our carpets and floors look fantastic when the Merry Maids are finished. Dusting is thorough and so is the scrubbing. Thank You!!

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I have no complaints, friendly, thorough and courteous. The only negative is we found employees smoking out in the parking lot (by their vehicle) twice. Doesn’t offend me personally, but as a cleaning company, I would have a policy of no smoking on customer premise.

THE GIRLS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GO ABOUT THERE CLEANING TILL FININSHED.
THEY TAKE MY TRASH WHEN THEY LEAVE AND THE PRODUCTS THEY USE ARE GREAT.I HAVE
NO COMPLAINTS. I ESPECIALLY LIKE DEBBIE AND DONNA THEY ARE A GOOD TEAM AND WORK

Don't know anything about products. Everything was clean & dust free. Cabinets & furniture looked great, kitchen appliances were clean & spotless. I thought woodwork, doors etc could have looked a little better. Thinking with constant upkeep they will improve.

I thought the ladies did a wonderful job. My dog was in the house and he can be quite a pain to deal with. They were all business and seemed to barely notice. I appreciated their professionalism and hard work. What they did in 2 hours would have cost me my weekend.

I love coming into a clean home. My favorite part is, if I supply clean linens, they make the beds. I was very impressed with the service they provide. With four kids we tend to make a mess.
