Most maids are very efficient and thorough. A couple are forgetful, have to remind them of what needs done. I like that they DO NOT use harsh smelling chemicals. There is a very light clean smell when they leave.

Staff are professional, friendly, and thorough. They are receptive to suggestions. They do a wonderful job. It's so awesome to have a clean house when they depart.

Constant follow-up--company always confirms day/time period they will come. I live alone so only have to use them every two weeks-and they are good enough to clean certain areas of the home "as needed" since I do not use all the rooms in my home since my husband died.

They do a great job, and there products are good as all items look the best, always on time. and they bring all there own products.

Loretta does a great job and is very friendly. All others have also done a great job.

Office staff is always helpful. Cleaning crews do an excellant job but they will come back if anything is missed or not done correctly. Products are fine but I always have my favorite ones on hand for them to use.

I’ve been really happy with the cleaners the last couple of months, but they have not been scrubbing the bottom of the tub and it looks dirty.

I like the fact that Merry Maids are reliable. They come when scheduled. I like the reminder.
The products work fine and don't leave an unpleasant odor.

Loretta is the best!! She always makes sure things are done to perfection and we appreciate it so much. She is usually training someone new and makes sure to check their work. If she needs to correct them, she is so kind about doing so, then resumes her own work.
