The Maids arrive on time, focused on the work, do a good job, and have proven to be honest. The cost of services is reasonable. The products used are of good quality.

I like Linda and her dedication to doing a good job in the house every time she is there. I also like the steam cleaning of the tile floors, especially in the kitchen. I also liked the liquid that was used on the granite countertops but I'm not sure that it is still being used. Also there was some type of cleaner used on the black composite kitchen sink that was good but I don't think is being used now. I have recommended you to other people but they feel it's too expensive.

Products used are quite effective and no strong odors are left behind. The service is most reliable! They clean like I used to: VERY thorough (but, they are much faster than I....).

I haven't paid attention to products but they do the job and smell good.
I have not had a bad experience yet in almost four years.

As I have emphesima, I dislike the spraying of fragrance in my home. Most do not do this, but some do and I don't realize it until they have finished. Otherwise, products seem satisfactory. Also some teams do better than others. No teams do a really poor job, but outstanding workers, such as (blonde,pony tail, glasses charismatic) are not assigned on Thursdays to my residence, but has worked here often enough for me never to forget her.

The cleaning routine is very detailed. I appreciate being able to trust your employees with access to our home and I have never had any incidents that have been handled with anything but professionalism. I have also always appreciated that you have always manipulated our scheduled cleaning if it needed to change for some reason. I have used your company for many years, and I have continued appreciation for the services that you and your employees have provided.

the ladies do a good job and are always very friendly. we have multiple petsand they always make sure to talk to them as well, the products are good, but when mopping with a mop leaves a residue on the floor. when the ladies do the floor with rags on their hands and knees the floors are clean and shiny
