I like the new lady that is cleaning for me. I always tell them I want quality not quantity, this lady gets it. Still don't like your cleaning products. Within a couple of days after cleaning the toilets need cleaned again.

Danielle and Celeste did a very nice job cleaning my house after some small interior construction projects were completed. My only reason for not giving a 10 score was the cost. When Rita made her visit for the estimate, the house was in disarray due to the ongoing construction projects. She estimated the cleaning would take 6 to 8 hours and the estimate was predicated on that. By the time of the actual cleaning the construction was finished and much of the disarray had been put back in order. As a result, the cleaning only took about 3 hours. This is not to be critical of Rita, who was very friendly and professional, and I would certainly recommend Merry Maids to others.

The girls are thorough but careful. Especially Jodi, the last one cleaning my house. Jodi was extremely careful with everything and yet moved efficiently through the house. I like the fact that Merry Maids is careful with the products used in the house and the girls are all pleasant. The house looks great when they have finished and it is all done on the same day which I could not accomplish at this point and time. I also appreciate the reminder phone call as to when Merry Maids will be arriving to clean.
