The products seem revive the carpet and bathrooms. I have noticed when a supervisor visits during a cleaning the crew slows down and does a more thorough job. I am not speaking of the captain, but an actual supervisor. Thank you

Made beds without asking- awesome. Good job on cleaning and offered little touches that were surprsing to find (folded toilet paper). Made me feel like that took extra time and added personal touch to my house.

I like that we have the same person always cleaning our house, unless she is on vacation (which seems to be very rare). I appreciate that she knows our home and preferences and that she cares about the job she is doing.

Vacuuming - like - dusting not so much - sometimes shelves or areas that need to be dusted are missed. Faucets still have lime around them even though I gave permission to use limeaway.

I was very pleased with the fall deep clean that Merry Maids did in my home. My wood work looked amazing and the house was spotless.

I am not knowledgeable about what products are used. The services are appreciated due to the speedy pace in which the associates do their work. I like when they focus on a particular area to give it special attention. However, I have found that some of the associates who come to clean do a much more thorough job than some of the others.
