I really don't have much feed back in this case.

I love coming home to a clean home. I travel often and the girls always do a great job and leave me nice notes.

The floors are hand mopped and look so nice every time.

The ladies are very personable.....very professional...and do an exceptional job at cleaning....Nanette is one of our regular ladies that cleans...she always goes above and beyond her job....she is a great representative of Merry Maids !

The 2 ladies who have helped me so much are Christina and Robbin...Efficient,fast,friendly. They make my house so pretty going the extra mile and arranging the decor in a different manner. Which I always like.

Once there were two other maids when Christina and Robbin were not available. I got the feeling it was too much trouble for them.

Flexible (able to alter the schedule), consisitent work (saw no drop in quallity with most recent clean from a new individual and adore my regular service provider)Never any product damage.

Nanette is friendly and did a great job on our last cleaning.

Service is reliable, consistently good. In a rare instance when something is not up to usual standard, they are quick to make it right and send someone to correct the oversight before the next scheduled cleaning date.

I would really like to have the two ladies I had at my last cleaning. When they dusted they moved items on tables to be cleaned and did not use a dry cloth. I requested they dust top of frige and top of doors and they made me feel like it was no big deal or bother.
