Didn’t pick up and shake rugs. Didn’t do blinds or fans. Some mirrors were not clean or all window sills. I scheduled Merry maids for a thorough cleaning and was very disappointed. I had to have them come back twice after initial visit. I will not continue service.

The Merry Maids that arrive to clean my one bedroom apartment are well equipped for cleaning. They have been instructed well attentive to the day, friendly, accommodating.
Some are more meticulous than others although all do the basic cleaning effectively.

I’m generally pleased with the work done by the Merry Maids staff, and I understand staffing difficulties in this time of Covid. However, for the last several cleanings, I have had a different crew each time, meaning that I’ve got to explain things over and over. And I used to have two persons come, but recently it’s only been one, and often it’s a fairly new person. I’ve also seen some inconsistency in the work. Sometimes it’s very well-done, but other times just okay.
Everything looks/smells better after Marry Maids from hardwood floors to carpeting to desk/countertops!

Prices keep going up!! I have been a customer for 14 years, and I feel like the price for my cleaning has gone up 3 times in the last two years.
I had a cleaning for the first time since the pandemic after having been a regular client for many years. I paid extra since it had been so long. Very little dusting was done. I didn't check while the team was still here but noticed over the next day or two how many things were missed. I will be checking as they go along in the future.
