Currently I like the Merry Maids representive for the following reasons: arrivial is consistent, pleasent personality, ask questions for clarification and does a Great job cleaning.
It was not a good idea to switch to mops. It makes my floors too smeared and they show dirt much quicker. I will probably change companies if I don’t see an improvement soon.
House always looks great
Better dusting vaccuming and bathroom floor. My girls are always kind but I get the feeling they are rushed and can’t spend the time necessary because they have a huge schedule to complete.
Inconsistent cleaning methods and staff. I’ve seen more faces in the last 6 months then over the last 12 years of service. Missing the reliable team that would deliver all services at each cleaning.
They have always done a great job for me.

More attention to the floors. With dogs and kids, our floors can get dirty. It is so disappointing to return home after a cleaning and still see week old water marks or stuffs on the floor.
