They did an excellent and very thorough job and even went above and beyond my expectations. They were also friendly and professional which I appreciated.

I liked how thorough the team was. My house smelled fresh when I walked in and hard to get to places were cleaned and dust removed. Best service I ever had. I have used agencies before, even Molly Maids. This was by far the very best service I've had.

They did an amazing job, although I think they forgot to vacuum my bedroom. That may have been my fault though, due to what I had said I wanted. So no big deal.

The two women were efficient and responsive to my requests for some follow-up cleaning that wasn't quite to my satisfaction. Otherwise what they cleaned was beyond my expectations. I like that they use vinegar for many cleaning chores.

Kori na was excellent and as the captain kept a close watch and smiled as I requested extra care for floors and windows which I am super protective of. I have yet to find a housekeeping service that took all my wishes in to consideration. Merry Maids kept me smiling even after a few days after the pets and family had guest. Love coming home to a clean house

I have been with Merry Maids for many years. I like the consistency, I also like having the same team assigned to my home. I am very pleased with the job they do. They are always pleasant and very thorough.

I would like to have one special process every other month, it could be vacuum under furniture cushions, or clean behind furniture or under computer desk or wet mop my wooden kitchen floor. That would be nice.

Thorough, licensed and trust that customer satisfaction is taken seriously.

I love coming home to a clean smelling house! I especially like that they don't mind my dog in the house (he probably hides from them anyway). I appreciate the notes they leave when they find something wrong (like a leaking toilet). They are very dependable.
