I have been with Merry Maids doe many years, I like the consistency, I have my same staff every visit, I like that very much. I am also very satisfied with the job they do. I want my bathrooms sparkling, my kitchen immaculate, my rugs freshly vacuumed, and everything dusted and freshened, I always feel that I get what I expect.

Team 5 is awesome. Prior to them.I was having trouble with the service. The prior team was leaving my front door unlocked and not turning the alarm on. The office worked with us to get the right team for us. A very happy customer now.

The ladies work in a coordinated fashion and are efficient. I would prefer, however that they return things to their original locations when moved for cleaning, eg, in the kitchen.

Most of the time I am gone when the ladies are here to clean. I am assuming they use products to clean and don't just "wipe clean" the surfaces (i.e., bathroom sinks) but do dust the furnishings etc. The kitchen is always very clean.

I am now retired and I still love the service Merry Maids provide. No more hands and knees scrubbing, I just touch up on the off weeks and my house is easier to maintain because of the thorough cleaning they provide.
