I am very satisfied with the services provided by Merry Maids to clean my kitchen floor, hallway, oven, dishwasher, sliding glass doors, counters and 1/2 bathroom for guests. I'll have Lucy and Maria do the next cleaning of my bedrooms, bathrooms and windows upstairs sometime this August 2016 if they are available.

Products smell nice--very clean and pleasant. The wood surfaces shine with whatever they used on it. The cleaning is very thorough. They clean under the rugs and in corners. Are they allowed to sweep porches and clean the outside of windows on doors that are easily accessible?
Service associates arrive within the timeframe communicated, are quick and polite. I'm also a big fan of how they take the extra couple minutes to fold/present the bathroom towels. Very nice touch!!
The two new ladies who have been coming to our house have been very good. The actually clean under the area rugs, which was nice...and they do the ceiling fans. I've been happier lately with the service as the quality had slipped a little. It is nice to start the weekend with a clean house and the ladies are very nice and do a good job.
