Delightful smell when I get home!
The cleaners are all very pleasant. However, the score is a 9 and not a 10 for two reasons: 1) the "arrival time" varies greatly depending on the team, and 2) the cleaners are not as thorough as I would like. That is, sometimes items are overlooked in the interest of time. For example, picture frames, small lampshades, cobwebs in the corners and wooden blinds are overlooked. Not always, but often enough that I check now.
It's been 4 years now since I first contracted with Merry Maids. Still pleased with the service (always enjoy seeing the lovely ladies arrive), and enjoy the clean smell of my home when they are done!
My team was very good. I found them both very professional and did a fantastic job, I am hoping they will return the next time visit, a job well done.
