I've recommended your services to Fred & Trena Ansell and they have started using you. I've also recommended to Mark and Jan Nelson but they haven't decided yet. I will say that the last Merry Maids visit didn't seem to get several things cleaned like I would like.
We like them mainly because we feel we know thtough their radio marketing. Then once they are in our home they are VERY personable and do a wonderful job.
Really don't know anything about the products, but I love the job that Allison does. Many times she is alone, but everything is taken care of just like usual.

I like that you use your own products and I don't have to supply them. But I also like having the option to you using what I supply if I were to choose. Same with equipment; I'm happy you bring your own vacuum and LOVE having my kitchen & bathroom floors steam cleaned!
I love the convenience. Last time I was sent one of these surveys, I did have a couple of complaints...namely my kitche floor and bathroom floor. Those issues were addressed perfectly and my floors are visibly cleaner. I so appreciate the fact that my concerns were taken seriously and something done about them. Thanks so much!!

Smells clean . They are very Fast and our house is always very clean when they are done.

They seem to be environmently safe. The house has a nice clean smell when they are finished cleaning.
We have found your ladies to be very honest and dependable. They do a good job of cleaning, although the quality varies with the team. We have never had an unacceptable service. The worst is quite acceptable.
