The cleaners are usually very thorough. They work quickly and leave everything in good order. The cleaning products do not have a noticeable odor.

The ladies are very friendly and efficient. The house always smells "clean" after they leave. The last time they were here the house was a madhouse. My husband was home with two cable servicemen and they were constantly in the way, yet the ladies worked extremely well among the chaos. They rock!
I have been particularly impressed with the product used in dusting. My wooden furniture looks great and they even took time to do both sides of our oak doors! My only concern was that the maids came at 8:30 when I had been told they would arrive between noon and 1:00. Also the supervisor said she would call me last Friday to set up regular cleaning and I'm still waiting for that phone call. The maids were great - very personable and never stopped working one minute.

I liked that the two young women were able to work together with only a small amount of time to "gab" together. This does not happen with most young people. These two young ladies were polite, asked few questions, really seemed to know how to do their job, and just set about getting it done. I really appreciated them and the fact that they brought their own tools and supplies. One less headache for me.
