Besides one incident, the employees are always respectful and work extremely hard. If something is accidentally missed I'm confident it will be addressed the next visit. I've had a great experience with the administrative side as well. As I am "old school" it would be nice to smell the cleaning products, but I understand that they are chosen for health and environment issues.
