Reliability. The service is the same every time, even if the staff changes. But I like to see the 'regulars', but that is a perk. House smells great after, and since you all know our house so well, I rarely rarely rarely find a 'missed spot'. :D

My house is beautiful and super clean when they're done. I like that they know me by name, they're friendly to my dogs, and they're always flexible if needed.
