I like that there are two (sometimes 3) team members who do the cleaning. I also like having the same cleaners, when that is possible. That way, they get to know the house and their work is carried out more efficiently.

The products were nontoxic, yet effective. The house smelled clean, but not like chemicals. My mirrors & windows were cleanest they've been since we moved in! The floors (carpet, hardwood, and brick) looked great! After they completed the list I provided, they continued cleaning and finished other jobs that were impactful.

This is other feedback. The clock radio is always messed up (off the channel) after they clean. It's gotten to be a joke with us now. This last time there was still dust on an arm of a wall mirror. It's nice to have someone else do the work and sometimes the attention to detail could be better. Nonetheless, I would recommend MM to anyone who asked. I continue the service and that is positive feedback.

I love coming home to a clean house and I have told several coworkers about your service. The price is right.

I would say the ladies (but occasionally there is a guy) that come to our house do a fantastic job. If they find anything out of the ordinary, like this week when we had a calf get out of its pasture and into our front yard, they call us to let us know. To go 5 years without raising our cleaning costs was fantastic. I have no problem at all with the small increase that was recently added. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone.

I have been using Merry Maids for 10 years, and the service has always been exemplary. Thus, they are familiar with my apartment, and they know exactly how I like things done. This is a great advantage. They are highly conscientious in their duties and they perform them thoroughly: no short cuts. They do not consider a job complete until they have met their own very high standards. I know that when Merry Maids arrives, I will soon enjoy a thoroughly clean and tidy apartment.

The ladies who came out were extremely professional and VERY THOROUGH in their clean. The rooms that they cleaned came out immaculate, and I was just SO RELIEVED to walk into a clean house. They even rearranged some toiletries items so that they looked better and were easier to use, and lifted up items and dusted UNDER them. Some cleaners don't do that. Merry Maids did. The mirrors sparkled, the floors were dust and pet hair free and they moved the sofa and chairs to get the dust bunnies lurking there. I AM VERY PLEASED with Merry Maids! Definitely would recommend to ANYONE!

Most of all, I like the pleasant and considerate women who clean our house. I appreciate having the same, or mostly the same, team each time. They are trained and I don't have to tell them how to clean. They are familiar with our house and what is expected and they get right to business. And I like that they do not gossip about others.
