Always show up on time and as planned. Flexible enough to change schedule when notice is given. I'm not sure what products are used, but they seem to work well for the most part. Slight issue right now with some of the grout in the two shower stalls being not as clean as I'd like, so would have been good to hear from someone if there seemed to be an issue and something further needing to be done over an above normal cleaning.
I like the reliable efficiency & expertise of the cleaners. If there is ever a concern, they are very good about making improvements or doing something differently. I particularly appreciate having no or low turnover of staff.
