I am just pleased I can have housekeepers clean my house for me! Other than that, the girls are generally right on time as to what time I had been told they'd be there. And they get right to work. I just wish I could afford to have them do more things, but it's o.k. They clean the main things I asked for and I appreciate having them.

Most of the products work very well. The cleaner on the tile floors...not so good; but the girls try very hard to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and are very professional.

The two (sometimes three) ladies who arrive and do the cleaning work are the strength...the most impressive part of your organization! They're your lone Merry Maid representatives on site and therefore the face of your organization since the original meeting with the gentleman who set up our monthly housecleaning arrangement. My husband and I remain most impressed by their skill and unfathomable spirit, since our little home tends to be a dusty, dirty mess before they arrive to provide such organized relief! To date these women are always very professional and clear in their communications with us and always extremely focused on their tasks. We know it is our job to be present in another part of the home and out of their good ways while they effectively and efficiently bring our small living space back to the best version of itself. They're a fine example of industry and, frankly, worth far more than the money we've been able to set aside in our humble budget.
