Normally, they are on time and clean the rooms I have asked them to. They use all there own equipment and products. Everything shines and smells so good! Most of the time I have the same team, which I appreciate. I don’t have to go over anything. I like that I am given a schedule and a reminder the day before. They are very accommodating if I need to make a change.

I do like the attitude and friendliness of the “crew”. Generally two & sometimes three. They always seem most eager to please and get things cleaned to my satisfaction.
The two ladies from Merry Maids did a great job on the Man Cave....my husband usually "cleans" it...but he's in the hospital. So the ladies came and spent two hours cleaning and the whole "cave" looks amazing...I even gave it the "white glove " test and they passed with flying colors. And they're reasonably priced for the kind of detailed cleaning they did....I will have them twice a month...I can't wait for the whole house to sparkle like this!

I use rhe Merry Maids service once a month. The ladies always arrive as scheduled and get right to work. In my opinion, they do a good job. They vacuum, dust, clean floors, etc. I plan to continue using their service.
