The girls do a very good job with no questions asked. The only thing I ask them to use is
Bar Keepers Friend on the drains in the sinks. Their product does not seem to do the job.

Although you have routines and orders to what the MM do, you are willing to customize those services to the home owner. This includes the products you use, the areas you deep clean, and those that are left alone because of some unexpected event. Your MM representatives are willing to adjust to whether the home owner is home or the house is empty, whether there are other service representatives working there at the same time or whether they are the only ones working, etc.
Do not know what products used but appreciate the ladies very much. Completely satisfied with them and their work

Staff are friendly, timely, and do a good thorough job. They are also open for input if something needs a tuff cleaning. Switching to one a month for next 3 months for financial reasons and will contact when we want to start 2x a month in the future. Tx you
The work is done when you say it will. The ladies do a good job without any prodding on our part.
All in all you do a good job. There are things that get missed and I've had a problem in the past of breakage. At this time, the ladies who come into my home are careful with my things and I appreciate that. I know that they are under a time restriction and that's why not everything is cleaned during the full clean but it's not enough to complain about.
Your staff is dependable, thorough and very pleasant. Our visitors often comment on the cleanliness of our restrooms!
