The products are fine. However, my home is continuously rushed through. Often times floors are not cleaned, rugs are not completely vacuumed. Only things that are clearly visible are taken care of. It's disheartening that there have been several conversations regarding this and nothing has changed.

My house is always well cleaned, the maids come in, work hard, and leave the place looking marvelous. I prefer having the same maids come each time, as otherwise small things (such as garbage collection) don't get completely done unless I am there to remind them--and usually I am not there. A relative of mine in another town used a different maid service and Merry Maids beat their work, hands down!

They clean well

The attitude of cleaners was positive.

Hard to know what products were used. Was not present.. I had recommended water, only on my marble floor, but found bleach stains on it. The girls were nice, but did miss a few cleaning , areas on counters . They are square, not round(corners) . Overall not too bad.

my house smells and looks good

I am very pleased by the performance of the employees and the care they take in what they do and how well they do it. Little touches like moving a plant to the other side of the window seat and placing blanket on different chairs. Very nice.. Couldn't be more happy with Merry Maids and the ladies that come into my moms house.

I have not received an Invoice or any information on our next appointment yet.

The house is always nicely cleaned and neat. The workers are conscientious about what they do and very thorough. I have been a customer for nearly 15 years and have always been satisfied with the service. If something is done wrong or not done, the matter is addressed promptly and corrected.

Our floors have never before looked so good. They did miss a couple of waste paper cans but I will point them out next time. The ladies are very pleasant and have good memories which is very helpful for an absentminded 82 year old. I forgot to get my sheets from the dryer and was not home but the ladies remembered from the last time and found them. Over all very pleased with Alison and Chastity.
