You come when you say you will. The day I called to tell you we didn't have power, you didn't charge me for the appointment. You do a fairly good job at cleaning. The only complaints I have are kitchens and bathrooms. I don't think the products you use get them as clean as I like. But basically I am very happy with your services and I have recommended you to many.
I like the way my home sparkles and how much brighter the floors, carpets, and furniture look when Merry Maids has been here to do the cleaning.
The grils is were great.they worked well together. Did a great job. It was a good decision for me.

The cleaner that is used on my granite counters smells lovely and cleans without any streaks (something I have not been able to do with my own cleaning products).
I have recommended Merry Maids to neighbors and friends. I like that they focus on any concerns I have (I usually leave a note). The products are not too scented, which we need since we are sensitive to perfume. Cleaners are thorough.
