MM is a reliable service showing up when you say you are going to be at my home. Cleaners are pleasant, well groomed and ready to get down to work. Different house cleaners each week does make for inconsistency. I wish there was a way to have the same team every visit. I also think it's a misnomer to say you "wash the floors". You actually wet mop the floors. I don't think they get as clean as washing. MM is good for surface cleaning.

Reliable service

I like the flexibility of scheduling and the fact that it is consistent week to week. I don't particularly like the products used. My house never smells fresh when I come home.

My house is very clean and I do not feel invaded when they have been here, things are tidier but I don't feel like my home is disturbed.

My house always smells fresh and clean without the smell of harsh chemicals. That is very important as I am very allergic and so is my dog.

I just enjoy coming home to a clean house.
